Our project department has all the know-how and the most advanced computer tools for calculation, detail and modeling of metal structures and sawdles, ensuring an efficient response to any project requirement. With direct connection to the factory, the data is automatically exported to the processing and manufacture equipment, ensuring maximum accuracy and production efficiency.

Our wide factory is equipped with cutting -edge technology for movement, manufacture and surface treatment.
In our 4 seaside ships we have various rolling bridges, CNC profile processing equipment and robotized welding equipment that ensures maximum efficiency at all steps of the production cycle. We have a 3000 m2 surface treatments, which has cropping chambers, metallization and painting lines. Quality control is continuous and transverse to the entire production process, ensuring high standards of excellence and we have the ability to mark structures with ECX4 execution class according to the EN 1090-1 standard. We have a specific unit for the manufacture of steel, stainless steel and brass frames, fully equipped with numerical control equipment and laser welding.
